Job summary

TimePlan Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students across primary and SEN settings, helping pupils reach their potential in inclusive classrooms.

You'll work in a variety of nurturing schools, with flexible roles from short-term supply to long-term placements and dedicated consultant support to match your skills and aspirations. DBS checks and safeguarding commitments are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Have recent classroom experience in a primary setting.
• Be confident supporting engaging lessons to mixed-ability classes.
• Demonstrate strong communication, and behaviour management skills.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside teachers to support engaging, inclusive lessons across a range of key stages and learning settings.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with varying needs.
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or tailored strategies.
• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a nurturing environment where every pupil can thrive.
