Job summary

Philosophy Education LTD. is seeking Teaching Assistants to work across Redbridge primary schools, spanning EYFS to KS2. Roles include full-time and supply positions, with daily rates between £92.60 and £115.

You will support children and teachers in various learning activities and help with play-based learning in early years, and structured classroom support in primary years. Typical duties include assisting with reading, phonics, numeracy and other subjects, with opportunities to work with

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or related setting.
• Willingness to obtain/hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and provide references.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and pupil support in EYFS/KS1/KS2.
• Support with English, Maths and other subjects as needed.
• Adapt activities for SEND and work with individual or small groups.
• Maintain a caring, professional approach to young learners.
