Qualifications

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting.
• A caring, patient and adaptable approach.
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs.
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils across mainstream primary classrooms.
• Providing small-group and 1:1 learning support.
• Helping pupils develop their confidence, engagement and academic skills.
• Supporting children with additional needs, including SEN and SEMH, where required.
• Working closely with teachers and school staff to create a positive learning environment.
