Qualifications

• Experience working in a primary school setting is essential.
• Ability to build relationships and nurture pupils for positive outcomes.
• Experience implementing positive behaviour strategies is desirable.
• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above are required or expected.
• NVQ2/3 or equivalent, or working towards, is desirable.
