Job summary

Hyde Park Primary is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning and foster a positive, inclusive classroom. You will work closely with teachers to help pupils reach their goals and develop resilience within a vibrant school community.

We value experience in primary settings, strong communication and flexible approaches, plus the willingness to contribute to well-being and collaborative activity.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a primary school.
• Able to build relationships with pupils to enable positive educational outcomes.
• Experience implementing positive behaviour strategies.
• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade C/4 or above.
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working.
• NVQ2/3 or equivalent or working towards the qualification is desirable.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be enthusiastic, a good team player and committed to supporting the learning of pupils.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be committed to supporting pupil’s learning and to help pupils surpass their expectations. Hyde Park Primary are seeking candidates that will go the extra mile for our children and the community.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:

Have experience of working within a primary school
