New Directions Education Ltd is seeking caring Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Holywell, Flintshire, supporting children with ALN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

You will help pupils access learning, build confidence and resilience, staying calm when needed, while collaborating with teachers and support staff to meet each child’s needs.

All applicants must undertake a full enhanced DBS check; you will benefit from a dedicated account manager and regular supply work.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with ALN is desirable.
• A calm, patient and compassionate approach.
• Confidence supporting children who may display challenging behaviour or become dysregulated.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
• Flexibility, resilience and a willingness to get involved.
• A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.

New Directions Education is looking for caring, patient and resilient Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Holywell, supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

These rewarding roles involve working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access learning, develop confidence and reach their full potential.
