Job summary

Milk Education are recruiting a motivated Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Isleworth. This role involves supporting the class teacher with daily lessons, working with individuals and small groups, and helping children develop reading, writing, phonics and numeracy skills.

You will contribute to creating a positive learning environment, preparing classroom resources, and promoting good behaviour and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is desirable.
• Patient, enthusiastic and approachable.
• Confident communicating with children and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with daily lessons and classroom activities.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.

• Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.

• Provide additional guidance to pupils who need extra support.
