Responsibilities

• Delivering one-to-one or small-group interventions in core subjects like reading, writing, and phonics to help pupils of all abilities.
• Facilitating and encouraging a learning experience that accelerates learning.
• Providing tailored assistance to pupils with EHCPs or identified learning, behavioural, or physical difficulties.
• Having experience working in a primary school environment.
• Maintaining outstanding organisational skills to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the role.
• Establishing good working relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
