Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work in supportive primary schools across Shropshire and Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, experienced teaching assistants or anyone looking to begin a career in education.

Role involves supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering engaging lessons alongside teachers, and providing one-to-one and small-group interventions. DBS update and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
