Job summary

Term Time Teachers is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the Staplehurst/Marden area. The role involves 1:1 or whole-class assistance, collaboration with teachers and staff, and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be patient, enthusiastic, and have strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience with children is desirable, and relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Staplehurst/Marden area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, or someone with a strong passion for supporting children and helping them reach their full potential. A full-time commitment is ideally what we're looking for, with the potential for a long-term placement for the right candidate.

The Role
