Teaching Personnel are currently working with a Primary School located in Macclesfield who are currently looking for a part-time Teaching Assistant to start after May half-term. The school is OFSTED rated ‘Good’ and is seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for the early development of young students.
About the role:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work 1-1 and in small groups with individuals who require additional academic and behavioural support. This will include interventions in English and Maths, as well as dedicated 1-1 reading time. You will also work closely with these students in the main class lessons, ensuring the curriculum is accessible and the lessons run smoothly. Additionally, you will communicate with other members of staff and parents/carers, providing progress reports for those specific students.
What we’re looking for:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have an enhanced child only DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one upon registering with Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
