Position Overview:

We're seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to support students' academic and personal growth. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in young learners' lives and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive educational community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and educational activities.
  • Provide personalized support to students needing extra assistance.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters learning.
  • Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and development.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or young adults in educational settings (preferred).
