Surrey
Contract:
Full-Time
Pay:
£89.38 – £95.00 per day (PAYE – no umbrella faff)

We’re on the lookout for brilliant support staff to join warm and welcoming primary schools across Surrey. Whether you’re helping a Year 1 class settle into phonics or supporting a child with additional needs through the school day, your role makes a real difference. And we see that.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping young learners thrive—from Early Years right up to KS2.
  • Supporting children with SEN (including behavioural and SEMH needs) to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
  • Creating inclusive, safe, and positive learning spaces.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to give every child the best chance to shine.
  • Getting hands-on with activities, from art to literacy, and tracking progress along the way.

We’re looking for:

  • People with backgrounds in Drama, Dance, Psychology, English, or Sports Science (but all relevant experience welcome!)
  • School, youth work, or after-school club experience is a big plus.
  • Kindness, patience, and top-tier communication skills.
  • A team player ready to muck in and make a difference.
  • DBS-checked (or happy to apply for one—we’ll help).

Why you’ll love working with us:

  • Weekly pay through PAYE—no umbrella headaches.
  • Free CPD including our brilliant Thrive training (massively boosts your appeal to schools).
  • Personalised support from a friendly, local consultant.
  • Roles that fit your values and career goals.
  • Feel-good factor: knowing your work changes lives.
