Protocol Education is seeking several Teaching Assistants for ongoing work in the Eastbourne area. We are recruiting candidates to work across all Key Stages from EYFS to KS2, starting as soon as possible. Prior experience is preferred.

The position is initially temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent. Pay depends on experience and role requirements.

Applicants must reside in the UK and have the Right to Work.

The Role:

1. Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons.
2. Manage pupil behaviour during activities.
3. De-escalate classroom situations appropriately.
4. Collect and return student work at the end of lessons.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with children.
• A positive character who enjoys working with young people and makes a difference.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including reading comprehension.
• Proven track record of positively impacting children's lives, in any field.
