Responsibilities:

* Work with students individually or in small groups
* Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
* Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and learning activities
* Build positive relationships with staff, students, and their families
* Collaborate with other staff members
* Bring your best self to work every day

Requirements:

* A genuine passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
* Experience working with children
* Experience working with children with SEN needs (desired)
* A positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Confidence and motivation to guide individuals/small groups with their learning
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
