Role & Responsibilities

• Support KS3 and KS4 students on a one-to-one and small group basis.
• Help students stay engaged with tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Prepare classroom resources and ensure the classroom is well-organized and welcoming.
• Assist the class teacher by providing encouragement, support, and de-escalation when needed.
