Job summary

Teaching Personnel Cambridge is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to cover schools across Cambridge and Ely. You will deliver engaging lessons, differentiate for all learners and help pupils reach their potential in welcoming, inclusive environments.

Qualifications

• QTS is required to teach in UK primary schools.

About the Role

We're recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teachers to work in schools across Cambridge and Ely. You'll play a key role in delivering engaging lessons while supporting pupils to reach their full potential in welcoming and inclusive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment
• Work closely with colleagues, SENCOs and school leadership teams
• Contribute to wider school activities where appropriate

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A minimum of two years' UK primary teaching experience
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Experience supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel across Cambridgeshire
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
