Are you a qualified, local teacher seeking regular supply work across Portsmouth & Hampshire?

Over the last few years, we have experienced some of our busiest periods for supply work, and we expect similar demand for the rest of the academic year and beyond!

Academics Hampshire are recruiting strong, confident Primary Teachers for daily cover.

We are seeking Primary Teachers across Key Stage 1 and 2 to work with our network of local schools in Southampton, offering regular short-term and long-term opportunities.

You may be an ECT looking to gain more experience before settling into a permanent role, or an established teacher seeking flexibility. We can provide ample supply work, varied school environments, and even help find long-term or permanent contracts.

As a supply teacher, you will have:

• Experience working in UK schools across KS1 and KS2
• Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
• Flexible, adaptable, and reliable attitude
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire pupils
• Right to work in the UK
• UK QTS/QTLS status
• An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one; we can assist with this process)
