Job description

Aspire People are looking for a Primary Teacher to teach a Year 2 class full-time each week on a longer-term basis. This school is a mainstream primary school located in the Oldham area of Greater Manchester, easily accessible via public transport and offering free parking.

Your role will include marking, prepping, and planning lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. You will be responsible for a full class of children, supported by teaching assistants within your classroom. This position is full-time, with the potential for a permanent contract. Aspire People also provides free Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and safeguarding training. Daily rates range from £145 to £165, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  1. Hold valid QTS / QTLS
  2. At least two years' experience teaching
  3. Experience teaching students with additional needs
  4. Experience with behaviour management strategies
  5. Prepared to mark, prepare, and plan work
