Job description

Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Bolton, BL5
Pay Range: 130 to 190 per day (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the BL5 area. This full-time, long-term Primary Teacher role is to start as soon as possible and will involve teaching a Key Stage 1 class. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of a permanent contract in the future.

About the Primary Teacher Role:
The Primary Teacher will:

  1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to a Key Stage 1 class.
  2. Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and learning.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure each pupil achieves their potential.
  4. Monitor pupil progress, contribute to assessments, and be actively involved in school life.
  5. Uphold the school's values and provide high-quality teaching aligned with the national curriculum.

The Ideal Primary Teacher Will:

  1. Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience teaching in UK primary schools.
  2. Be a confident and creative Primary Teacher with effective behaviour management strategies.
  3. Have experience in Key Stage 1 or a strong desire to develop expertise in that area.
  4. Be a Primary Teacher with a flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach.
  5. Have a genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners.
  6. Be confident in adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs and abilities.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

  1. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
  2. Two professional references covering the last three years.
  3. The right to work in the UK.
  4. A strong commitment to making a positive impact as a Primary Teacher.
