Job description

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Primary School Teacher with experience of teaching the KS1 curriculum, in particular Year 1. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to primary school students, fostering their intellectual and emotional growth, and preparing them for future success.

Primary Teacher – Overview:

• Primary School (M12)
• Ofsted Good
• April 22nd – July 25th 2025, contracted role
• FREE CPD through i-teachers and the school
• One school for the remainder of the academic year
• Working hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Primary Teacher – Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of primary school students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends.

Primary Teacher – Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience of teaching KS1 curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
