Your Role as a Supply Primary Teacher:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1, and KS2), often using pre-prepared plans.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with each school's policy.
• Adapting quickly to the routines, policies, and ethos of different schools.
• Marking pupils' work according to school guidelines, where required.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate pupils.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to raising pupil attainment.
