Position: PPA Cover Primary Teacher
Location: Sheffield, S2
Start Date: September 2024
Contract: Part-Time (2-4 days per week) for the entire academic year
Pay: £120-£160 per day, depending on experience (DOE)
About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic PPA Cover Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team in Sheffield, S2. This part-time position is available from September 2024, requiring your expertise 2-4 days per week throughout the academic year. You will play a crucial role in covering teachers’ planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time across various year groups.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups in line with the national curriculum.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of diverse learners.
* Manage the classroom environment to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
* Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
* Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching across multiple year groups is highly desirable.
