Qualifications

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Previous experience teaching within a primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Confident classroom practitioner.
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about supporting pupil progress.
• Reliable, adaptable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Full class teaching responsibility across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Differentiating learning to meet individual pupil needs.
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom expectations.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
• Communicating effectively with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school.
