We are currently recruiting for Primary School Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to take on full-time, long-term positions starting in September 2025 – no daily supply work involved.
Position: Primary School Teacher / ECT
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Long-term, full-time
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
As a class teacher, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that promote early development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills. You’ll be part of a supportive school team focused on inclusion, creativity, and pupil progress.
Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of your pupils
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
Monitor student progress and provide targeted support
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and pastoral staff
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it (for ECTs)
Strong classroom management skills and a genuine passion for primary education
A nurturing, empathetic approach with a commitment to child-centred learning
Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to make a lasting difference in a school community
Competitive pay on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) – £31,650 (M1) to £43,607 (M6), depending on experience
