Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to inspire pupils across KS1 in Bristol. You will deliver engaging lessons, manage the class effectively, and adapt your approach to meet diverse needs.

This role offers short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time contracts with excellent pay and a supportive consultant team to guide you through onboarding and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• QTS or ECTs with UK Primary experience.
• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School (KS1).
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 Primary Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive and adaptable approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Bristol
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £145 - £230 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Bristol, who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. The school provides a welcoming learning environment where pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1 are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher to work across KS1, with opportunities available across short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time contracts. The successful Primary Teacher will take responsibility for full class teaching, delivering engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum while maintaining high standards of teaching and classroom management.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School
• Sound knowledge of the KS1 Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
