Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting Primary Teachers to support many Shropshire schools on short- and long-term placements with immediate starts. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2, maintain strong classroom management, and support pupils of all abilities.

Job Title: Primary Teacher

Salary: £172.98 per day

Do you have strong classroom management skills and a passion for supporting children's development?

Are you a qualified Primary Teacher with a sound understanding of the Primary Curriculum across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2?

TeacherActive is working with a range of Primary Schools across Shropshire to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers for both short-term and long-term opportunities, with immediate starts available.

We are looking for adaptable and motivated Primary Teachers to deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2, maintain strong classroom management and support pupils of all abilities. Opportunities include day-to-day supply, short-term cover and long-term placements.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (NQTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School setting
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum across KS1 and KS2
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
