Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Swanscombe. The role is full-time and temporary, primarily teaching a Year 3 class with engaging lessons.

You will plan, deliver and manage lessons, supporting pupils of varying abilities and SEND needs within an inclusive environment. QTS is required; ECTs welcomed, with UK primary experience preferred.

Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs welcomed to apply).
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Experience teaching KS2, ideally Year 3.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Positive, inclusive and engaging approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3.
• Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour.
• Adapt learning to support pupils with a range of abilities and needs.

Salary: £200 - £210 per day

The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a full-time temporary basis, primarily teaching a Year 3 class. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, maintaining strong classroom management and adapting learning to support pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs.

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 / KS2, ideally within Year 3
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management
• A positive, inclusive and engaging approach to teaching
