Job summary

TeacherActive is helping a welcoming mainstream primary school in Sutton-in-Ashfield to appoint a Primary Teacher from September on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons and support pupils' progress.

Qualifications

The school has a positive ethos and a great OFSTED rating, providing a supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to learn, develop and achieve their potential.

The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher from September on a long-term basis. The successful Primary Teacher must have at least 3 months’ experience working as a Teacher in the UK and will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively and supporting pupils to make strong progress across the Primary Curriculum.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS
• At least 3 months’ experience working as a Teacher in the UK
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication skills
• A positive and adaptable approach
