Job summary

Academics are currently recruiting Primary Teachers to work with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Southampton. We offer daily supply, short-term, long-term, temp-to-perm and permanent opportunities.

The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have primary school teaching experience and be available for full-time or part-time hours (8:30am–3:30pm). A valid DBS on the Update Service is required or willing to apply/pay for one through Academics.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Be able to commit to school hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm.
• Have a valid DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for/pay for a DBS through Academics.
• Be reliable, professional and enthusiastic.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Be available for full-time or part-time work.
