TeacherActive Ltd is working with a mainstream Primary School in Salford rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. They seek a Year 1 Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis starting after October half term to lead a Year 1 class and deliver engaging lessons across KS1.

The successful candidate will have UK primary experience, Year 1 KS1 experience desirable, strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum, and a positive, adaptable approach to teaching. Terms include CPD, competitive pay and ongoing support.

The school is looking to appoint a Year 1 Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis, starting after October half term. The successful Year 1 Teacher will take responsibility for a Year 1 class, delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 / KS1 curriculum and supporting pupils with their academic and personal development.

The successful Year 1 Teacher will have:

• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 / KS1, with Year 1 experience desirable
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
