Your Role

As a Primary Teacher at our Fitzwilliam Campus, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the educational needs of our students. You will be responsible for planning, course preparation, marking, and assessment, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. Collaboration with fellow teachers to enhance teaching methods and pastoral care is key, as is maintaining positive behaviour and discipline in line with our Academy's policies.

We seek a candidate with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), along with a degree in a relevant subject. You should have a deep understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching and learning styles. Experience in delivering student-centred learning at Key Stage 1 and/or 2 is essential, and familiarity with trauma-informed practices is desirable.
