Our partner schools are warm, welcoming, and fully appreciate that some mornings, the whiteboard gets more attention than breakfast.

What were looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) including Early Career Teachers (ECTs/NQTs)
Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements count!)
A genuine love of teaching and learning (and maybe a mild tolerance for glitter)
Strong, calm classroom management with a nurturing approach
A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Serviceor willingness to obtain one
Adaptability and a sense of humouryou might be teaching phonics in the morning and supervising a beanbag tower-building contest by the afternoon
