Located in the thriving and proud community of Heath Hayes, Gorsemoor Primary School are pleased to be offering an excellent opportunity for a Key Stage Two Class Teacher to join our committed teaching team. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage Two teacher and are open minded about the experience level of the candidate.

A sound knowledge and understanding of the pedagogy that underpins teaching, learning and assessment, accompanied with a commitment to enabling all children to achieve their fullest potential are essential components of the role, so that each learner will be enabled to achieve the maximum benefit from their education at Gorsemoor.

The role of a class teacher is varied, where no two days are the same, it is essential therefore that the successful candidate must be able to use their initiative, have high levels of self-reflection and a commitment to their growing professional development, energy and resilience. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about creating a rich, inclusive, and balanced environment for children. As a Class Teacher at Gorsemoor, you will be working within a friendly team and building strong relationships with families, so the ability to work collaboratively is essential.
