GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive school community in Nottingham. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while delivering engaging lessons in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and teach dynamic lessons that follow the national curriculum and spark pupil interest.
• Encourage and support pupils’ academic growth as well as their emotional and social development.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom that motivates learners and promotes well-being.
• Track student progress through regular assessment and adjust teaching approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with fellow staff, teaching assistants, and families to support pupil success.
• Maintain a calm, respectful learning environment with clear behavioural expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil development.
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
