Job summary

A leading education supply agency seeks a full-time, temporary Key Stage 2 Teacher for a Primary School in Newcastle upon Tyne from September 2025 to July 2026. You will be responsible for teaching a Year 3 class and delivering engaging curriculum tailored to individual needs, with emphasis on excellent behavior management and support for pupils with SEND.

Qualifications

The School and Role

A modern Primary School situated in Newcastle are looking to appoint a teacher from September 2025 – July 2026. The successful applicant will be working within a Year 3 class and the leadership team are looking for someone who has previous experience of teaching within upper Key Stage 2, with excellent behaviour management. The Teaching team place importance on providing a rich and inspiring curriculum to offer all pupils the best opportunities.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have:
• Experience of teaching within KS1.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
• An excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND.
• Excellent behaviour management.
