Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd in Neath is seeking qualified primary teachers for supply roles across Neath Port Talbot. You will cover KS1 and KS2 with flexible day-to-day and longer placements, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining strong classroom management.

Ideal candidates hold QTS (NQTs welcome), have UK primary school experience, and a solid grasp of the Primary Curriculum. The role offers support from a dedicated team, ongoing CPD, and competitive PAYE pay rates.

TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable primary teachers for supply opportunities across primary schools in Neath Port Talbot. We work with local schools requiring qualified teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across the Primary Curriculum.

We are looking for a primary teacher to work across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, with opportunities ranging from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements. The successful primary teacher will deliver engaging lessons, maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning environment. Longer-term and permanent opportunities may also be available where suitable.

The successful primary teacher will have:

• QTS (NQTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Strong communication and adaptability
• A positive and professional approach to teaching
