Job summary

A leading educational recruitment company is looking for Newly Qualified Teachers to join its supply bank in Leeds. Candidates must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and qualifications equivalent to 5 GCSEs including English, Maths, and Science.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience with children aged 5-11 in a classroom environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and implement daily routines.
• Provide 1:1 support for children as needed.
• Work varied hours between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Career Teachers are looking for ECTs , Newly Qualified Primary teachers to join our supply bank and help support with both day to day and long-term supply roles.

our rates from £140 per day. We work with all the postcodes in the LS and WF areas

Supply is a great way to experience lots of different schools and then secure a permanent role,

This will build up your experience in different age groups.

As a Teacher on supply you will be required to:

• Work with children between the ages of 5-11 in a classroom setting.
• Work full/part time hours which can vary between 8-5pm.
• Give support to other personnel within the setting.
• Help implement daily routines.
• Be willing to support children who require 1:1 support.
• Provide support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Essential Qualifications Required:

- 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English, Maths and Science

- An Undergraduate Education Degree Or a degree in any subject and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE - Scotland)

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Previous in-school teaching experience.
• Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
