Job summary

Stafflex Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to fill flexible and rewarding roles across Huddersfield and surrounding areas. You will work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high standards of pupil progress.

The position offers day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply with competitive daily rates (£121-£167) and full support from Stafflex throughout the placement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Recent teaching experience in UK primary schools.
• Knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexible, professional, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Work across a range of schools and year groups, adapting to different classroom environments.
• Create a positive and inspiring learning atmosphere.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans or use your own creativity when needed.
• Maintain strong behaviour management to support pupil progress.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth and consistent learning experience.
