Job summary

Clockwork Education are recruiting a Primary Teacher for a welcoming school near Crook, County Durham. This is a long-term role with an immediate start and will continue until July 2027 at least.

You will work five days per week, with 0.5 days PPA time; the year group to be discussed at interview. Responsibilities include taking full responsibility for the class, planning and delivering lessons, and monitoring and assessing progress.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of planning and teaching the national curriculum (phonics knowledge if KS1 preferred).
• Must hold qualified teacher status (QTS); ECTs considered.

Requirements

• The ability to provide 2 x educational based references (preferably)
