Job summary

TeacherActive Limited in Rotherham is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum. The role requires effective classroom management and an inclusive approach to support all pupils.

QTS or ECTs welcomed; experience with SEN; long-term placement with competitive PAYE rates and ongoing CPD through My-Progression.

Qualifications

• QTS or eligibility to teach in the UK is required.
• Experience teaching primary pupils in the UK is essential.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is required.
• Strong classroom management and inclusive teaching approach.
• Solid understanding of the UK Primary Curriculum.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Primary Teacher

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £120 - £160 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Rotherham who are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher. The school provides an inclusive learning environment and supports pupils with a range of SEN alongside their mainstream education.

The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a long-term basis, supporting pupils across the primary curriculum while adapting teaching to meet individual needs. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, manage the classroom effectively and ensure pupils with SEN are fully supported in their learning.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Primary teaching experience in the UK
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• A patient, adaptable and inclusive approach
