Primary Teacher Role at Oxford Outcomes

Join us as a Primary Teacher at Oxford Outcomes, located at Mountfield Heath School, Robertsbridge TN32 5FA.

This is a permanent, term-time only position starting September 2025, offering a salary of £33,483 - £43,607 per annum, with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EYFS Primary Teacher to deliver our integrated therapeutic curriculum, fostering creative learning opportunities for pupils with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing high-quality teaching and utilizing resources effectively to enhance learning outcomes.
2. Teaching a range of subjects aligned with the therapeutic curriculum.
3. Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure curriculum effectiveness.
