About the Role

• Deliver engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff while maintaining excellent classroom management
• Adapt seamlessly to different school environments and follow existing lesson plans where provided
• Support pupils' learning, behaviour, and overall wellbeing
• Step into classrooms confidently, keeping learning on track during staff absences
• Represent both yourself and our partner schools with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

What We're Looking For

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Are confident teaching across primary year groups
• Can adapt quickly to new environments and remain calm under pressure
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Are reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high‑quality teaching
• Thrive on variety and enjoy working in dynamic primary school settings
