A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the heart of Brent is seeking dynamic and committed Primary Teachers to join their team from September. The school has opportunities across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced Primary Teachers.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will take full ownership of your class, planning and delivering engaging, purposeful lessons that spark curiosity and drive progress. You’ll be committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and challenged.

The role involves:

  • Independently planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to ensure all learners achieve their full potential
  • Creating a classroom culture built on respect, encouragement, and high expectations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school development
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support each child’s learning journey

Whether working in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and a passion for helping children succeed. Strong classroom management and a solid grasp of the curriculum are key, alongside a reflective approach and a willingness to grow within a supportive team environment.

The School

This vibrant two-form entry primary school is based in Brent and enjoys a strong reputation within the local community. With a diverse and enthusiastic pupil intake, the school prides itself on fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment where children are supported to thrive academically and personally. You’ll be joining a collaborative staff team led by a experienced senior leadership team and wider trust who value professional development and invest in staff at all stages of their careers.

To apply for this position

  • Hold QTS
  • Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be eager to contribute positively to the school’s collaborative ethos
