Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to work across client schools in Grantham and surrounding areas. Roles available on a full-time or part-time basis from September 2026, with daily PAYE rates from £120 to £150 depending on experience and qualifications.

You will deliver creative, inclusive lessons, manage classrooms effectively, and adapt to the needs of diverse learners while registering with Enhanced DBS and updating the Update Service.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality teaching.
• Commitment to inclusive, engaging learning.
• DBS check and Update Service registration required.
• Flexibility to work across multiple primary schools.

Responsibilities

Vision for Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, flexible and passionate Primary Teacher to work in our welcoming client schools across Boston and the surrounding areas. Requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.


• Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).


• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.


• Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring children to achieve their best.


• Demonstrate a commitment to creating an inclusive, positive and engaging learning environment.


• Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check and be registered to the Update Service.


• Be committed, reliable and enthusiastic, with the flexibility to work across a range of primary schools.
