Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, create an inclusive classroom, and monitor pupil progress in line with the National Curriculum.

This role is suitable for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who want to develop their practice within a supportive school community that values safeguarding and student well-being.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons, creating a positive learning environment, and helping pupils achieve their full potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their career within a nurturing and inclusive school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and attainment.
• Differentiate teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Foster positive behaviour and maintain effective classroom management.
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil achievement.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider life of the school.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Strong organisational and classroom management skills.
