Job summary

Operam Education is partnering with a warm, welcoming primary school in Bromley to recruit a Class Teacher for a Year 6 class from September. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:15pm, with daily pay of £206–£268 and a potential to become permanent with the school.

The successful candidate will have KS2 and SEN experience, hold QTS or equivalent, and bring a patient, engaging approach, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding; an enhanced DBS check will be required as

Qualifications

• Experience teaching KS2 and supporting children with SEN.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons and manage behaviour.
• DBS enhanced check required as part of registration.

• Support learning in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.

We are partnering with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in Bromley that is seeking a dedicated Teacher to start working with a year 6 class from September. This full‑time opportunity starts in September, with potential to become permanent with the school. We are looking for someone with hands‑on experience in KS2 and supporting children with SEN, who can make a positive impact on the pupil's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning in class, in small groups, and on a one‑to‑one basis.
• Work closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access learning and follow individual support plans.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment and effective behaviour management.
• Monitor pupils' progress and provide feedback to support their learning and development.
