Job summary

Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Year 3 Primary Teacher to work in a Primary school near Banbury on a long-term basis. The role involves full class teaching, planning, delivering engaging lessons and monitoring progress.

The candidate should hold QTS, have KS2 experience and strong classroom management. The post starts in September and continues through March 2027, with a full-time commitment and a salary in the stated range.

Job description

Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Year 3 Primary Teacher to work in a Primary school near Banbury to join their staff team on a long-term basis.

Our client wants to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to work in a Year 3 class who has a good knowledge of the curriculum, can plan and deliver engaging lessons and monitor students’ progress. This role will involve full class teaching responsibilities including preparing tasks, planning and marking.

This Primary Teacher role is to start in September and continue until March 2027. The position is full-time.

Required Skills and Experience for this Primary Teacher role:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Working for Flourish Education as a Primary Teacher you will receive:

• £168.80 day rate to £232.57 day rate, which equates to £32,916 to £45,352 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year dependent on experience
