Salary: £130-180 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Boston. This role is available for an immediate start and offers an excellent opportunity to inspire pupils across the primary phase.

About the Role / Role Overview:

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, broad, and balanced lessons aligned with the national curriculum. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to foster a stimulating learning atmosphere, meet individual learning needs, and encourage pupils to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver outstanding lessons that motivate and challenge pupils.
• Support children in their academic, personal, and social development.
• Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor progress and guide instruction.
• Establish a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
• Contribute to the school’s wider community and extra-curricular activities.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective classroom practice.
• High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a positive outlook.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
