Are you a Primary Teacher looking for new opportunities in Birmingham?

Winner Education are seeking Primary School Teacher's for a Multi Academy Trust based across Central Birmingham. This will involve both long term placements and day to day cover across KS1 and KS2 starting from September. This MAT have a fantastic reputation for supporting their staff with career development and internal training and support. ECT's are welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct general class teacher responsibilities
• Whole class lesson planning (except day to day cover – no planning involved)
• Tailor lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements
• Lead and work alongside full time TA's working with the classes
• Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports (except day to day cover)
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  
  

The successful Primary Teacher must:

• Hold QTS status (ECT's welcome to apply)
• Have previous experience within primary school environment
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Have excellent understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
• Show strong resilience and patience
